The King Edward Potato Baker is the idea way to cook and display delicious, perfectly cooked, baked potatoes. The potatoes are beautifully baked in the lower oven and then transferred to the illuminated top display oven where they will stay hot and ready to serve. Meanwhile, the next batch is cooking in the main oven.
The King Edward Potato Baker is a convection oven with its own
unique air-flow system incorporating coved corners and a low
velocity fan. This ensures that hot air is distributed quickly
and evenly through-out the oven. The King Edward Potato Baker
is handmade using traditional materials but with innovative
design and production techniques.

The King Edward Potato Baker's exterior has a durable, attractive vitreous enamel finish that is standard in black, but also comes in Green, Blue, Claret, or for a slight upcharge, stainless steel. Vitreous enamel is harder than power coat and easily cleans. The interior is all mirror finish stainless steel, with three removable and adjustable shelves. And King Edward products are NSF & UL listed.
